Shipping is free for orders over £75. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature.
For large volume or wholesale orders, we may use DHL or other express couriers depending on the order size and destination.

  • Acupuncture needles: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on acupuncture needles.
  • We recommend trying our Sample Pack (£1.50 + VAT). Each pack contains 40 needles in a fixed mix of 2–8 different sizes, designed to help you easily compare different specifications. Each sample pack is limited to 1 per order.
  • Other products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if the item is unopened and resaleable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A 10% restocking fee applies (excluding shipping).
